Jesus Is Coming Soon ~ hymn

“Troublesome times are here filling men’s heart with fear; freedom we all hold dear now is at stake.”

These words resonate in many people’s hearts at this time. But they don’t have to. You can replace them. Why not replace them with the chorus of this same hymn?

“Jesus is coming soon! Morning or night or noon; many will meet their doom. Trumpets will sound. All of the dead shall rise; righteous meet in the skies, going where no one dies. Heavenward bound!”

What a joyous day is coming! We are all just sojourners here on this earth. Seeking to follow Jesus’ footsteps as best we can. We have had many conversations in our home of late about just being kind. No matter what else is happening around you – just be kind. And that is so hard to do when we are living with a heart filled with fear.
